Section 11

(1)
The promoter of a collection shall, within one month of the expiry of the licence authorizing the promotion of the collection or within such further period as may be allowed by the Licensing
Officer, furnish an account of the proceeds of the collection to the
Licensing Officer.
(2)
Any account furnished under subsection (1) shall be in such form as may be determined by the Licensing Officer, and signed by the person to whom a licence has been issued under section 3.
