Section 12
The Licensing Officer may at any time revoke a licence upon proof that the promoter has—
(a)
failed to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the licence;
(b)
given false information when making an application under section 4; or
(c)
failed to comply with any provision of this Ordinance.
