Section 25
(1)
The Government entities and the recipient of the financial guarantee shall submit an audited financial statement to the
Treasury not later than six months from the financial year end.
(2)
In the event where the audited financial statement has not been issued, the Government entities and the recipient of the financial guarantee shall submit an unaudited financial statement.
