Section 26

Every person engaged in the sale, conveyance or distribution of milk shall use all practicable precautions for preventing the milk from being unnecessarily exposed to heat and from being contaminated by dirt, dust, rain-water or otherwise.

Carts, lorries or other vehicles used in the conveyance of milk.
