Section 9
(1)
No person shall use as a milking-house, milk room or for the handling, processing or storage of milk, any building or part of a building, which in the opinion of the
Health officer is so situated as to lead to the risk of contamination of the milk.
Adequate lighting and ventilation.
(2)
Any building or part of a building used as a milking-house, milk room or for the handling, processing or storage of milk shall be provided with suitable and sufficient means of ventilation and lighting.
Water hygiene.
