Section 18
(1)
Milk shall not be handled, processed or stored in any place where it is liable to become contaminated. In particular it shall not be handled, processed or stored —
(a)
in any room used as a living-room or sleeping-room; or
(b)
in any room or part of a building which communicates directly with any sanitary convenience, cesspool or receptacle for ashes or other refuse.
(2)
Vessels containing milk shall be properly covered or the milk shall be otherwise effectively protected from dust, dirt, flies or other sources of contamination.
(3)
No foul or noxious matter or soiled bed or body clothing shall be conveyed through any part of a building used for the keeping or storage of milk.
