Section 5
(1)
A Veterinary Officer may, if he considers the milk of any cow is unfit for human consumption, give notice in writing to the owner and such milk shall be discarded and not used for human consumption or mixed with other milk for human consumption.
(2)
Any notice given under paragraph* (1) of this regulation shall operate for such period not exceeding one week from receipt of the notice as may be specified therein, but may be renewed for a further period or periods of one week on subsequent inspection.
