Section 141
(1)
The Health Officer shall, on producing, if so required, a document showing his authority, have a right at all reasonable hours to enter any ship, aircraft, vehicle, movable dwelling*, stall or place other than premises, for any purpose for which he is empowered under section 140 to enter premises.
(2)
Subsections (2) to (4) of section 140 shall apply in relation to any ship, aircraft, vehicle, movable dwelling*, stall or place which may be entered under the powers conferred by the foregoing subsection as they apply in relation to premises, and as if any reference to the occupier of premises were a reference to the master, captain*, or other person in charge of the ship, aircraft, vehicle, stall or place.
