The Mosquito Destruction Ordinance [Cap. 82.] is repealed.
(3)
The Vaccination Ordinance [Cap. 153.] is repealed.
(4)
Sections 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, and 102 of the Criminal
Procedure Code, Cap. 30 [Cap. 30.], which remain in force under section 359 of the
Criminal Procedure Code, Ordinance No. 4 1959 [Ord. 4/59.], are repealed.
