(1)
In this Part
―notifiable disease‖ means any of the following diseases, namely
(i)
amoebiasis
(ii)
anthrax
(iii)
bacillary dysentery
(iv)
brucellosis
(v)
cerebro-spinal meningitis
(vi)
chancroid
(vii)
chickenpox
(viii)
cholera
(ix)
diphtheria
(x)
erysipelas

glanders
(xii)
gonorrhoea

In subsection (1), ―puerperal pyrexia‖ means any febrile condition occurring in a woman in whom a temperature of l00.4ºF. (38ºC) or more has occurred within fourteen days after childbirth or miscarriage.
