(a)

by deleting paragraphs (29), (31), (35), (36), (37), (38), (39) and (40)

thereof; and

(b)

in paragraph (30) thereof by deleting the words and punctuation

―mosquitoes‖ and, ―bugs‖.

(2)

Section 49 of the Municipal and Urban Authorities Ordinance‡ is amended —

(a)

in subsection (1) thereof by deleting paragraphs (b) and (d) thereof;

and

(b)

in subsection (2) thereof by deleting —

(i)

paragraphs (b) and (c); and

(ii)

paragraph (d)(iii) and substituting therefor the following —

―(iii)
