Vehicles required to undergo periodic inspection

Section 66B
(1)

The Minister may by rules specify the class or category of vehicles which is required to undergo periodic inspection under this

Part for the purpose of determining that the vehicles comply with the requirements as to construction, equipment and use and the frequency of such inspection in respect of a particular class or category of vehicles.

(2)

This section shall not apply to a motor vehicle which has been laid up under section 15.
