For hire of forklift truck for use on board the vessel the charges specified at sub-item (1)
above shall be increased by 30%.
(3)
For hire of an Authority crane outside the Authority's premises the charge will be one and a half times the appropriate rate specified at sub-item (1) (e) above subject to a minimum hire period of 4 hours.
(4)
Should mechanical equipment be ordered and not used the same shall be deemed to have been used for one hour unless the order is, cancelled not less than 2 hours before the service is required.
(5)
On Prescribed Holidays the charges detailed at sub-item (1) to (4) above shall increased by 100%.
