Section 8
Payment when due.
Unless otherwise agreed upon between the Authority and any party in relation to the provision of credit facilities.
(a)
charges in respect of goods to be landed shall be payable immediately on the landing of such goods;
(b)
charges in respect of goods to be shipped shall be payable before such goods are shipped; and
(c)
charges in respect of goods to be removed from the premises of the Authority shall be payable before such goods are removed.
