Method of calculating tonnage.

For the purposes of calculating port dues and charges leviable by the Authority all tonnage shall be calculated according to the cubic measurement or gross weight whichever is the greater. Should particulars of the tonnage be incorrectly furnished to the

Authority, the charges payable shall be based on the tonnage assessed by the Authority either by weighing, measurement or estimation.
