Section 13
(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by the decision of the Commission in refusing an application for a feed-in approval under section 9, in imposing any additional conditions or in varying or revoking any conditions imposed on a feed-in approval under section 11 or in revoking a feed-in approval under section 12 may, within thirty days of the decision being notified to him, appeal to the Minister in the prescribed manner.
(2)
The Minister may, after considering the appeal under subsection (1), confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Commission.
(3)
The decision of the Minister under subsection (2) shall be final and binding.
