Section 8
(1)
The Commission may, at any time after the receipt of an application for a feed-in approval under section 7, request the eligible producer to give to the Commission, within the period specified in the request, additional information or documents relating to the application.
(2)
If any additional information or document required under subsection
(1)
is not provided by the eligible producer within the period specified in the request or any extended time granted by the Commission, the application shall be deemed to have been withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with, but without affecting the right of the eligible producer to make a fresh application.
