Section 17
A feed-in approval holder shall, at his or its own cost, cause to be procured and installed a revenue meter in accordance with prudent utility practices.
(2)
A feed-in approval holder shall ensure that the specifications, type and location of the revenue meter comply with prudent utility practices and such requirements as may be determined by the Commission.
(3)
The revenue meter shall be —

(a)
installed by the distribution licensee or a qualified person authorized by the distribution licensee;
(b)
sealed by the distribution licensee; and
(c)
owned and maintained by the distribution licensee or feed-in approval holder in accordance with rule 12.
(4)
No person may break the seal on a revenue meter except pursuant to an inspection or test carried out under rule 18.
(5)
A feed-in approval holder shall, at his or its own cost, cause to be procured and installed a check revenue meter in accordance with prudent utility practices.
