Extension of time
of Sabah Renewable Energy Technical And Operational Requirements Rules 2024
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, where a time period is specified under these Rules or in any request by the Commission for an act to be done or a condition to be fulfilled, the person affected may request in writing to the
Commission for an extension of time.
(2)
The Commission may, upon receipt of the request made under subrule (1), allow such extension of time as it deems fit, provided that such person has furnished sufficient evidence to the Commission’s satisfaction that the proposed extension of time —
(a)
is required not as a result of such person’s act, omission or negligence;
(b)
could not have been reasonably foreseeable at the time of the application for the grant of the feed-in approval;

(c)
is just and reasonable; and
(d)
is not inconsistent with the matters set out in subsection 5(3) of the
Enactment.
