Section 7
—
(1)
There shall be established for the purpose of this
Ordinance a fund to be known as the “Sarawak Heritage Trust Fund”
under section 4 of the Financial Procedure (Contingencies and Trust
Funds) Ordinance, 1963 [Cap. 37].
(2)
The Director shall cause proper accounts to be kept and maintained in respect of the Fund in compliance with the provisions of the Statutory Bodies (Financial and Accounting Procedure)
Ordinance, 1995 [Cap. 15].
(3)
The Director shall, as soon as the accounts have been audited, submit the report to the Minister for endorsement.
