Section 13
—
(1)
The Council may create or establish such number of posts, either permanent or temporary, as the Majlis Mesyuarat
Kerajaan Negeri may approve, necessary to enable the Council to perform its functions, discharge its duties and exercise its powers under this Ordinance and for the efficient management and administration of its affairs and activities.
(2)
The Council may appoint or engage, on such terms and conditions to be determined by the Council, persons with requisite qualification and experience to the posts referred to in subsection
(1)
