Section 13
—
(1)
The terms and conditions of service of all officers and employees of the State Library shall be regulated by Standing Orders made by the Board in consultation with the Authority and with the approval of the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri.

(2)
The Standing Orders made under this section may include provision for—
(a)
the appointment, promotion, transfer, pay and leave;
and
(b)
the gratuities, allowances, privileges, retirement benefits, bonus, provident fund or other superannuation benefits, of any officer or employee of the State Library.
