Section 23

grants, loans or other moneys allocated or provided to the State Library by the Government for the purpose of this

Ordinance;

such sums as may be allocated to the State Library by the Authority, for the purposes of the State Library, and the development, improvement and maintenance thereof;

such sums as may be paid from time to time to the

State Library from advances or loans made by the State Library from any source;

moneys earned or arising from any project, scheme or enterprise financed from the Fund;

fees and other payments collected or paid to the Board in connection with the use of the facilities of the State Library or services provided by the State Library;

all other sums or property which may in any manner become payable to or vested in the State Library in respect of any manner incidental to its functions, powers and duties;

moneys received by way of donation, gift or bequest for the purpose of the State Library; and

proceeds from sales of library resources, charges for services and moneys derived from such activities undertaken by the State Library or the Board as may be allowed under this

Ordinance.
