Budgets
of Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation Ordinance, 1973 ( Ord. No. 3/73 )

(1)
The Corporation shall in every year cause to be prepared in a form to be approved by the Minister a budget to be forwarded to the Minister not later than the 31st day of August containing estimates of income and expenditure of the Corporation for

the ensuing year and such other particulars as the Minister may require.
(2)
The Minister may approve or disallow any item or portion of any item shown in the budget, and shall return the budget as amended by him to the Chairman.
(3)
The Corporation may at any time submit to the Minister a supplementary estimate for any one year and the Minister may allow the whole or any part of the additional expenditure included therein.
