Section 22
—
(1)
Except for the purpose of this Ordinance or of any criminal proceedings under this Ordinance, no member of the Board or officer or servant of the Corporation shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Ordinance.
(2)
Any person contravening the provision of subsection (1)
shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, imprisonment for six months and a fine of one thousand ringgit.
