(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “section 31b” the words “relating to audit oversight”;
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the word “Commission”
the word “Board”;
(c)
in subsection (3)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “Commission” the word “Board”; and
(ii)
in paragraph (c), by inserting after the words
“public interest entities” the words “or schedule funds”; and
(d)
in subsection (4)—
(i)
by deleting the words “shall serve on a full-time basis and” after the words “executive chairman”;
and
(ii)
in paragraph (b), by inserting after the words
“public interest entity” the words “or schedule fund”.
