Amendment of section 31e
(a)
by deleting the words “under section 31b,”;
(b)
in paragraph (b), by inserting after the words “public interest entities” the words “or schedule funds”;
(c)
in paragraph (f), by inserting after the words “public interest entities” the words “or schedule funds”;
(d)
in paragraph (g), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the paragraph; and
(e)
by inserting after paragraph (g) the following paragraph:
“(ga) to carry out inspection on persons specified under paragraph 31b(d); and”.
