Section 21
(1)
Any sewerage system vested in the Government under section 4 shall be deemed to be a public sewerage system.

(2)
Any sewerage system constructed or to be constructed by a sewerage services contractor pursuant to an agreement entered into under section 5 shall be deemed to be a public sewerage system.
