Section 6
(1)
The Minister shall appoint, from amongst the members of the State public service, a Director of Sewerage Services.
(2)
There shall be appointed from amongst the members of the State public service, such numbers of officers as may be necessary or expedient to assist the Director in the performance of his duties under this Enactment.
(3)
A person appointed under subsection (2) shall be subject to the direction, control and supervision of the Director.
