Recovery of money due

Section 39
(1)
Any monies due under this Enactment shall deemed to be a debt owed to the
Government and shall carry interests at the prevailing statutory rate.
(2)
A written statement by the Director or any person authorized by him specifying the amount due shall be prima facie evidence of the payment that has to be made by the consumer under subsection (1).
