Inaccuracies in documents
of Sewerage Services Enactment 2017
No misnomer or inaccurate description of any person, premises, holding, street or place named or described in any document prepared, issued or place named or described in any document prepared, issued or served under, by virtue of or for the purposes of this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment shall in any way affect the operation of this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made

under this Enactment with respect to that person or place if that person or place is so designated in the document as to be identifiable.
(2)
No proceedings taken under or by virtue of this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment shall be invalid for want of form.
