Section 72
(1)
Any person who has in his possession of any controlled solid waste shall take all reasonable measures to prevent the escape of any controlled solid waste from his possession.
(2)
No person shall cause, aid, abet or permit to cause the escape of any controlled solid waste from the possession of other person.
(3)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not less than ten thousand ringgit and not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
