Section 13

Members of the First Grade and the Second Grade of the Order shall wear the Star of the Order on the left side of their outer garments and the Badge suspended from the Riband, of four inches in width, which shall be worn passing from the right shoulder to the left side.

Members of the First Grade of the Order shall wear, at all investitures of the Order and on such ceremonial occasions as may be specified by the Chief Minister, the Collar of the Order.
