Section 13A

Members of the Third Grade of the Order shall wear round their necks the Riband, of one and three-quarter inches in breadth, from which shall be suspended the Badge of the

Third Grade of the Order with a medal in between, such medal shall bear the design of State

Arms in silver encircled by a wreath of palm fronds in silver gilt of one and one-quarter inches in diameter.

Insignia to be worn by members of the Fourth Grade.
