Section 71
(1)
So soon as a Bill is to be reported from a Committee of the whole Assembly, the
Chairman shall leave the chair without question put and, upon the Assembly resuming, the Member in charge shall report “That the Bill has been considered in Committee and agreed to without (with) amendments”.
(2)
The Member in charge of the Bill may thereupon move, “That the Bill be now read a third time” or may name a future sitting day to be appointed for the third reading.
