Section 76
Select Committee, the provisions of Standing Order No. 73 (Recommital of a Bill reported from a Committee of the Whole Assembly) subject to the following proviso, may be applied mutatis mutandis, and on recommital the Bill shall be recommitted to a
Committee of the whole Assembly. Provided that no Bill reported from a Select
Committee shall be recommitted in the first instance unless notice as may be required for amendments under the provisions of a paragraph (3) of Standing Order No. 71
(Procedure in the Committee of the Whole Assembly on a Bill) has been given.
