Section 96B

The Assembly shall have a gavel. The Speaker shall knock three (3) times before the commencement and after the Assembly being adjourned. The Speaker may use the gavel to attract the attention of the members in the event of any disorder arises or any member disregards the authority of the Speaker or the Chair by repeating his own arguments in the debate.
