Section 51

(1)
No officer exercising his powers or performing his duties under this Ordinance shall be personally liable for any act or default done or omitted to be done in good faith and without negligence in the course of the exercise of such powers or the performance of such duties.
(2)
The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198], shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the Minister or the Authority or any officer in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by any of them in such capacity.
