(2)
Nothing in subsection (1) shall affect the validity of anything lawfully done under and in accordance with the provisions of the repealed Ordinance.
(3)
Any application for subdivision of a building or land submitted by any person under the repealed Ordinance and pending immediately before the date of commencement of this
Ordinance shall be deemed to have been made under this
Ordinance and for the purpose of considering any such application, the Director may, impose new conditions in addition to or in replacement of the conditions of approval under the repealed
Ordinance.
