Section 130
—
(1)
Every trial Judge shall deliver a written judgment.
(2)
Except in the case of proceedings in Chambers, the trial
Judge shall, subject to subsection (3), pronounce his judgment in open
Court.
(3)
When a Judge who has tried any proceedings is for any reason unable to pronounce judgment, the judgment written by him may be read in open Court by any other Judge or by the Registrar.
(4)
All judgments pronounced under this section shall form part of the record of the case.
