Section 187
—
(1)
Where by this Ordinance an application in the course of any proceedings, whether before or after judgment, is expressly or by implication authorized to be made to the Court, such application shall be made in Form MS 49 and shall, unless the Court otherwise directs, be heard in Chambers before a Judge.
(2)
Every application shall state the nature of the order applied for in general terms and the grounds of the application.
(3)
An application under this Chapter may be made ex parte unless the Court otherwise directs or otherwise provided in this
Chapter.
