Section 218

(1)
The Court shall maintain such books of accounts as may be required by the Treasury’s Instructions.
(2)
In this section,
“Treasury’s
Instructions”
means instructions issued by the Treasury under section 4 of the Financial
Procedure Act 1957 [Act 61].
