Section 245
—
(1)
Any provision or the interpretation of any provision in this Ordinance which is inconsistent with Islamic Law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2)
In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided for in this Ordinance, the Court shall refer to
Islamic Law.
