Section 93

Where an order is made by the Syariah High Court for the transfer of any proceedings from a Syariah Subordinate Court to the

Syariah High Court, the Assistant Registrar of the Syariah

Subordinate Court shall send to the Registrar of the Syariah High

Court the file, all documents, exhibits and certified copies of the notes of evidence of the proceedings, if any, and shall also give notice of the transfer in Form MS 18 to every party to the action.
