Section 119

Notwithstanding subsection (1), any proceeding may, in the interest of justice, be heard and determined through remote communication technology from any place.

For the purpose of subsection (1), the parties shall be in their respective places as approved by the Court and shall be deemed to be heard and determined within the jurisdiction of such Court.

In this section, “place” includes cyber space, virtual space or virtual place.
