Section 72
(1)
A defendant may pay money into Court in satisfaction of the claim or any part thereof and may also pay into Court a sum of money in respect of costs.
(2)
The defendant shall give notice to the plaintiff of the payment into Court and, where the payment is less than the amount claimed, the notice shall state in respect of what the payment is made.
