Section 36
(1)
Where a party desires to change his Syar'ie Lawyer, he shall file a notice of change in Form MS 6 and serve a copy of the notice on all parties.
(2)
Section 34 shall apply in relation to a change of Syar'ie Lawyer as it applies in relation to the appointment of the Syar'ie Lawyer.
