(1)
Where an order is made for the transfer of any proceedings from one Court to another
Court, the Court from which the proceedings are transferred shall send to the Court

to which the proceedings are transferred the file, all documents, exhibits and certified copies of the notes of evidence of the proceedings, if any.
(2)
The Court to which the proceedings are transferred may, of its own motion or on the application of any party, give such directions as to the further conduct of the proceedings as it may think fit.
