Religious teaching without tauliah
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not apply to—
(a)
any person or class of persons exempted by the
Majlisunder section 98 of the Administration Act; or
(b)
any person who teaches or professes to teach any matterrelating to the religion of Islam in his own residence tomembers of his own household only.
