Section 19
(1)
Any person who in any shop or other public place, consumesany intoxicating drink shall be guilty of an offence and shall onconviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgitor to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
(2)
Any person who makes, sells, offers or exhibits for sale,keeps or buys any intoxicating drink shall be guilty of an offenceand shall
